About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to commercial cleaning and maintenance services provided by CSIK Cleaning & Maintenance Inc. (“CSIK”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at 100 Main St E, Hamilton, Ontario L8N 1G5.
By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed service agreement or accepted written quote with CSIK, that document governs your services, and it takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.
Quotes and Estimates
- Estimates are free and are based on the information you give us and, where needed, a walkthrough of your site.
- The price, scope of work, cleaning frequency and any special requirements are confirmed in your written quote or service agreement.
- If the size, condition or use of the space turns out to be different from what was described, or you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we will discuss any change in price with you before doing the extra work.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a contract or commit you to anything.
Scheduling, Access and Cancellations
- Services are carried out on the dates and times agreed with you. Our office hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- You agree to give our team safe, timely access to the areas being cleaned, including any keys, fobs or alarm codes we need. We keep all access credentials secure and use them only to perform your service.
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as set out in your quote or service agreement.
- Delays caused by weather, emergencies or circumstances outside our control may require us to reschedule. We will let you know as soon as we can.
Payment
- Invoices are payable according to the terms in your quote or service agreement.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, including HST, are added to your invoice.
- We may pause recurring service on accounts that are past due until the balance is paid.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of the service being completed. We will send a qualified professional to address the issue at no additional cost. Your Responsibilities
- Please secure cash, valuables, confidential documents and fragile or high-value items before we arrive.
- Tell us about any known hazards, sensitive surfaces, special finishes, or equipment we should avoid or handle in a particular way.
- Make sure running water, electricity and adequate lighting are available where we are working.
- Keep the work area reasonably clear so our team can clean safely and effectively.
Insurance, Damage and Liability
- CSIK is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
- If you believe something was damaged during a service, please report it to us as soon as possible, with photos where you can, so we can investigate and work with you on a fair resolution.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from defective or improperly installed items or materials, or from hazards or special care requirements that were not disclosed to us.
- To the extent permitted by law, CSIK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.

When you contact us or submit a form on this website, we use the information you provide, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address and site details, to respond to your request, prepare your quote and deliver your services.
